Terri was a top producing real estate sales agent for 25+ years listing and selling over 100 homes a year in the Chicago area when interest rates were in double digits. This experience gave Terri the deep understanding of the unmatchable power of strategic alliances that create a truly unique and strong service differentiation in the marketplace today. 

As a consultant to the National Association of Realtors, and CIO of U. S. Learning, Inc. in Memphis, Tennessee, Terri understands the critical need to interface technology solutions with personal customer care to create truly exceptional relationships. 

She is a published author of 5 books, including her most recent book with Donald Trump, "The Best Real Estate Advice I Ever Received".

She is a staff writer for several national publications, including Mortgage Originator Magazine, RealtyTimes, Memphis Women's Magazine, Broker Agent News, FrogPond Publishing and others.  Terri also produces and presents internet distance learning programs for iLearningGlobal.com, an international distance learning network. 

She is the founder and president of an online learning network for women in business: www.WomensWisdomNetwork.com,  and hosts a Women's Wisdom Network Weekly Internet Radio program interviewing industry leaders, experts and resources for women in business.
