Joe is a perennial favorite at the NAR annual convention drawing huge audiences and always being among the very top in critique scores.

One of the reasons why Joe is a repeat speaker for so many organizations is that he is always on top of the latest trends in real estate and constantly changes his presentations to meet the needs of today's audiences.  Besides delivering sound, innovative and current strategies that have audiences scrambling to take notes, Joe is famous for his totally unique and powerful productivity scripts. Joe shares what he has learned in his life from a book; The book of Life! His life has had many twists and turns that have helped him relate to virtually all audiences. He has been a stand-up comedian, a janitor in a bowling alley, a sailor in Naval Intelligence, a bartender, a short order cook, and an I.R.S. employee all before the tender age of 24. Having discovered the wonderful world of Real Estate, it was love at first site when Joe earned Rookie of the Year and Top Lister awards his first year in a multi-office firm on Long Island.  The rest is history.

Today, Joe still considers his greatest success to be in his personal life where he shares his life with his beautiful wife Tina since 1977, the proud father of three highly successful grown children, and grandpa to the most beautiful baby girl in the world.
