About Allen Hainge

Allen began his real estate career as an agent in 1973.  He became a top listing agent in the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS before launching his training and speaking career.  He is currently a licensed agent for National Realty in Reston, VA.

He served as Director of Training for several major franchises before starting his own company, Allen F. Hainge Seminars, Inc.  Allen has taught courses for 9 REALTOR^® Institute programs around the country and has taught seminars in 46 states and in Canada for real estate firms, local associations, state associations and franchises.  He has been a featured technology speaker at national conventions for RE/MAX, Prudential, Help-U-Sell, Realty World, Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams, among others.

He has been a featured technology speaker at twelve NAR annual conventions and two CRS Sell-A-Brations.  Allen is a Senior Instructor for the Council of Residential Specialist's two day technology course, the CRS 206.

In addition to his seminars, Allen is the founder and president of the Allen F. Hainge CyberStars™, a networking and idea sharing group of over 200 top agents from the US, Canada, Australia and the Bahamas.  He is the author of real estate's leading free online email technology newsletter, "Allen F. Hainge's CyberStar™ News & Views" and his blog, "CyberStar™ Real Estate Technology & Tips."

He is a recognized expert in analyzing agent Web sites through his site evaluation service and is the author of several real estate books.
