About Mark  Given

Mark has nearly spent his whole life assisting others as a sales professional and trainer. He travels nationally as an instructor of the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES), ABR and GRI designations as well as providing keynote addresses for private companies and conventions.  Recently, Mark has trained at the North Carolina Real Estate convention and at the 2005 NAR Convention in San Francisco. He is a practicing REALTOR® with Wilkie Real Estate, Inc. in Roanoke Rapids, NC

Mark has served twice as President of the Roanoke Valley Lake Gaston Board of Realtors® and was selected as their REALTOR® of the Year in 2006.  He has also served as a Dean for the North Carolina Real Estate Education Foundation and is a 2004 graduate of LeadershipNCAR. Mark currently is on the NCAR Finance Committee and the NCAR Audit Committee.

Before his real estate career, Mark spent 20 years as CEO of a multi-state retail sales and rental company and was a frequent trainer at national conventions on sales and marketing techniques.

On the weekends, you can find Mark performing with his 5 children in their musical group "BOYS CLUB AND A BABE". They can be heard on many oldies and beach music radio stations from Pennsylvania to Florida.
